DOUBLE DAY - Jump Training Workout (January 2017)

Im 2 months into my jump training now after taking a 3 month break due to coaching. I did a double day workout where I focused on jumping volume and power in the morning, and speed, reive ability, and strength in the evening. I was touching 910 - 911 2 months ago, and now Im at 102- 103. Hopefully Ill be touching 104 soon! Watch my other jump training workouts here \r
