Easy Dollar Store Balloon Decor

Welcome, friends, to my second Balloon Decor Tutorial featuring balloon mini-columns made from dollar store balloons! \r
I purchased three generic packs of 12 rounds, and 2 uninflated mylars all for under 5 dollars to create two different balloon decorations.\r
The best part is that no internal support structure is required; just grab a spare 260 and Ill show you the stabilization technique!\r
