Tribune Publishing For Sale Gannett Puts in Offer

Tribune Publishing is the media giant which owns the Los Angeles Times, Chicago Tribune, and other newspapers across the country. After some recent shake-ups and a re-organization last month, it looks to some as if it's a company ripe for picking and Gannett media is looking to bite. Virginia-based Gannett, owner of USA Today, has offered to buy Tribune Publishing for over 388-million dollars.
