High Raw Vegan Aloo Gobi [No Oil, Salt, Garlic or Onion]

Anjis back in the HHV kitchen for another healthy recipe demo! This time shes making a unique High Raw style Aloo Gobi with no garlic, onions, salt or oil. As youll see, she steams her veggies, but creates a raw tomato sauce, and serves both atop a bed of organic basmati rice. \r

If youve seen her recent Steamed Winter Veggies & Rice recipe demo, then you can think of this recipe as taking the next delicious and slightly fancy step. Anji makes this with fresh organic produce from our local farmers market, but understands that you may end up using frozen peas and canned tomatoes instead. Youll see proof that her veggies are organic in this video! ;)\r

INGREDIENTS:\r
2 servings cooked basmati rice\r
1 head cauliflower\r
2 cups chopped potatoes\r
1 cup shelled peas\r
2 cups chopped tomatoes\r
1 lemon, juiced\r
Few sprigs cilantro (btw, Anji put some fresh cilantro in the sauce but forgot to show it!)\r
1 tbsp curry powder\r
Pinch cayenne powder (optional)\r
Pinch black pepper (optional)\r
