मोदी सरकार के राज में भारत में सबसे ज्यादा विदेशी निवेश हुआ है । कॉमनवेल्थ देशों से सबसे ज्यादा प्रत्यक्ष विदेशी निवेश यानि कि FDI भारत में आ रहा है. यही नहीं, कॉमनवेल्थ देशों में ब्रिटेन के बाद निवेश हासिल करने के लिए दूसरा सबसे आकर्षक स्रोत भी भारत ही है.रिपोर्ट के अनुसार कॉमनवेल्थ देशों के बीच व्यापार साल 2020 तक बढ़कर 700 अरब डॉलर तक पहुंच जाएगा
