T.J. Miller Arrested on Suspicion of Calling Fake Bomb Threat The former ‘Silicon Valley’ actor was arrested on Monday at LaGuardia Airport in New York City. According to the U.S. Attorney for the District of Connecticut, on March 18, Miller intentionally conveyed false information to law enforcement regarding an explosive device on a train traveling to Connecticut. Miller, who had reportedly been drinking, called 911 saying a female passenger had “a bomb in her bag.” When the train arrived at Green’s Farms Station in Connecticut, it was checked by police who found no explosive device onboard. According to authorities, Miller had “hostile exchanges” with a woman onboard his train before he called 911. Miller appeared in court in New Haven on Tuesday and was released on $100,000 bail. If he is found guilty, Miller could face up to five years in prison.
