The new Ford crossover is based on the Figo hatchback and sports rugged cosmetic changes, roof rails, body cladding, and wider and taller wheels to underline its utility vehicle characteristics.

Ford has tweaked the suspension setup and the steering to complement its crossover credentials. The Ford Freestyle crossover will compete with the likes of Honda WR-V and the Hyundai i20 Active in India. Prices are expected to be in the range of Rs 7.5 lakh to Rs 10 lakh depending upon the variants.
