Good afternoon. Seoul had a low of around zero degrees Celsius this morning, but the spring cold will ease this afternoon, Tokyo will see strong winds from lunchtime into mid afternoon.

Checking on the highs for the day, Seoul will get up to 14 degrees Celsius while Gyeongju will hit 17 degrees. The thick fog along the west coast will burn off as the day goes on and the sun will try to shine down on us.

But it's more likely that we'll see relatively high levels of fine and ultra-fine dust during the day.

Hopefully tomorrow's rain will wash away all the dust in the air, the spring warmth will return but you will need an umbrella handy.

With that, let's take a look at the international weather for viewers around the world.

Most of South Korea will notice higher afternoon highs under partly sunny skies while many regions in North Korea will have double digit afternoon highs under mostly sunny skies.

As for the rest of Asia, New Delhi will have unstable weather conditions along with scorching highs of 37 degrees.

Those in Wellington will need to keep an umbrella handy, showers are in store until Thursday.

Heading to North America, those in Los Angeles will notice big jump in temperatures, beware of heat stroke

As for South America, thunderstorms are likely overnight into early Monday morning in Buenos Aires.

Taking you to Europe,... those in Moscow should take full advantage of the mild and sunny conditions, rain on Tuesday will bring down the highs once again.

Lastly to Africa, Addis Ababa will have frequent rain along with scattered thunderstorms.

That's all the weather update for now.
