Ingredients for Nadan Chakka Puzhukku
Unripe Jackfruit - 1/4th of a medium, chopped
Grated coconut - 1.5 cup
Bird's eye chillies (Kanthari mulaku) - 50 g
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 2 tsp
Garlic - 2-3 small
Shallots (Cheriya ulli) - 6 small size
Curry leaves - As needed
