Future for Australian manufacturing looks bleak

Ford, Toyota and Holden are all planning to close their factories in Australia -- bringing an end to almost a century of carmaking in the country. Geelong is in the frontline with Alcoa and Qantas also cutting jobs. The FT's Jamie Smyth talks to workers and management about the future for the industrial hub in Victoria.
