A new two-seat helicopter certified to stringent European safety standards is strong, sophisticated and offers a high degree of crash protection. But is the £250,000 Cabri G2, from French manufacturer Guimbal, also fun to fly? The FT's own test pilot, Rohit Jaggi, finds out.
