Salman Khan convicted in blackbuck poaching case

Actor Salman Khan was convicted in the 20-year-old blackbuck poaching case. A Jodhpur court found him guilty of killing two of the endangered species in Kankani village near Jodhpur in Rajasthan while on an outdoor shoot in October 1998. The other accused in the case were actors Saif Ali Khan, Sonali Bendre, Tabu and Neelam along with a local resident Dushyant Singh. All the co-accused were acquitted by the court.
