Mom Has Emotional Reunion With Her Son 21 Years After Dad Kidnapped Him

This was the first time in more than 20 years Maria Mancia's seen her son. 22-year-old Steve Hernandez was 1-year-old when police say his father snatched him from their California home. Valentin Hernandez took every photo and document with them investigators say. So, all Maria had was one photo of her baby. Years later, detectives were tipped off that Hernandez was possibly living in Mexico. DNA tests confirmed he was Maria's missing boy, now a grown man.
