Amazon is developing a TV adaptation of the baseball movie 'A League Of Their Own'. The version of the series will reportedly not be based on the same characters from the original movie. Instead, it will be a half-hour comedic series and a modern re-imagining of the 'All-American Girls Professional Baseball League', which ran from 1943 to 1954. The show will be executive produced by 'Mozart in the Jungle' writer and director Will Graham as well as 'Broad City' star Abbi Jacobson.
