Venezuela President Gets On Panama's 'High Risk' Money Laundering List

According to a Panama economy and finance ministry advisory, Venezuelan president Nicolas Maduro and more than 50 Venezuelan nationals are considered “high risk,” for laundering money and funding terrorism. Maduro’s socialist government vowed to combat corruption that has affected Venezuela and its oil industry for decades, which contributed to its devastating economic collapse. However, critics claim the administration is still crippled by financial malfeasance.
