Flight attendants spend 80 hours a month traveling.
They shared their favorite hacks to make packing and traveling smoother.
Their tips include:
1. No ironing board? No problem. Use your flat iron flatten out clothes when you're short on time.
2. Always sleep in clean sheets at a hotel. Creases in the sheets means they're freshly laundered and folded.
3. Don't travel if you have a severe cold. It could damage your eardrums and cost you your hearing.
4. Beat jet lag by turning off electronics an hour before sleeping, drinking tea and reading.
