Lindsay Lohan's 'Grand Theft Auto' Lawsuit Gets Tossed Out

On Thursday, The New York Court of Appeals threw out Lohan's appeal accusing the game's publisher of invasion of privacy.
Lohan sued Rockstar Games in 2014 for using her likeness when creating the Lacey Jonas character. The peace sign photo was particularly striking to Lohan, as per mentioned in the original complaint. Complaint Judge Eugene Fahey Grand Theft Auto V has sold more than 275 million copies since its initial release in 2013.
