Why Did They Push this Lamborghini Veneno Roadster?

I cant think of a logical explanation as to why they pushed this Veneno Roadster around during the exotic car meet at the Shanghai Circuit. Does having the car in neutral avoid putting miles on the car? \r

If you look at 3:30 there are 200+ kilometers on the car and there is enough fuel in the tank as well. Clearly this is not some sort of shell/non-working pre-production car. \r

Anyways, Id like to hear some of your explanations or theories as to why they did this. Still really cool that it showed up though!\r
