A man has been arrested and charged with with reckless driving after he posted a video to Facebook that showed him speeding on a freeway in Houston, Texas, officials said on March 27.A screen recording of the footage was shared on the Facebook page of the Office of Constable Ted Heap of Harris County Constable Precinct 5.An accompanying statement said the man, 24-year-old Sean Khan Yi, posted the video of himself driving one-handed through traffic on the Katy Freeway at nearly 130 miles per hour. The video shows his speedometer. Officers saw the video and met Yi at his home in West Harris County, where he was arrested and charged with reckless driving, the statement said.
