3 nominated Puducherry assembly MLAs who were denied permission to enter the assembly by the speaker Vaithiyalingam even after the order of the Madras high court approaches MHC again. One of the nominated MLA Swaminathan has filed contempt against the Puducherry assembly speaker & assembly secretary for not allowing them to attend the assembly proceedings. Matter will be taken up for hearing on 2nd of April.
