Winter not going away without a fight with another nor'easter

This is the fourth nor'easter in just three weeks to hit the Northeast U.S. This hasn't happened in thirty years. With spring just starting, people across the region have had enough as some parts of the region saw over a foot of snow with winds of up to 40 miles per hour.
