Bengal chief minister Mamata Banerjee has once again opted out of an initiative put forward by the Centre. This time it is the government's 'Ek Bharat Shrestha Bharat' programme which aims to pair different states together to promote cultural exchange and harmony. However, this won't be the first time didi has rejected the Centre's initiative from criticising the Aadhaar Scheme to the GST Council, then the Centres stand on Rohingya's. It is all been opposed by Mamata Banerjee time and again.
