A woman, who was operated upon in torchlight in Sadar Hospital in Bihar’s Saharsa passed away. Her family said that the main reason behind her death is administration’s negligence. One of her family members said, “When she was in Sadar Hospital she was treated under torchlight and we shifted her to a private hospital after we were not satisfied but the doctors assured us she us safe even when she had broken bones. The administration did not do anything and the matter is being deliberately covered.” The woman had a major accident by a car, while she was returning to her home.
