According to a report by Geek.com, a new study suggests that the first intersteller rock found tumbling through our solar system may be more alien that first thought. Researchers from the University of Toronto Scarborough claim that rugged objects such as Oumuamua, as the rock was named, likely derived from a binary star system, consisting of two stars orbiting a common center.
