Thrilling Last Over Of Eliminator 1 | Peshawar Zalmi Vs Quetta Gladiators | Match 31 | HBL PSL 2018
What a game of Cricket that was! In reality Cricket has won the hearts Today and Pakistan Super League becomes the best league of the world.
All through the Quetta innings ups and downs were created from both sides but at the end of the day Zalmi won the game and hearts of their fans.
Till 19th over Peshawar Zalmi were dominant but they were in serious trouble that who will bowl the last over Liam Dawson or Darren Sammy
Sammy trusted on Dawson and gave the ball to him. He was bit nervous before bowling last over
In last over Quetta Gladiators neede 25 runs with 2 wickets remaining
On first ball of the match Anwar Ali hit four to Dawson.
2nd ball Anwar Ali smashed big Six
Now Quetta Gladiators were needed 15 from 4 balls.
3rd ball no runs conceded. Gladiators still required 15 from 3 balls
4th ball Anwar smashed big six
Quetta required 9 from 2 balls
5th ball Anwar Ali smashed another Six to Dawson. At that time Quetta were required 3 from 1 ball
Last ball Dawson bowled full toss to Anwar and he hit straight to long on in the hands of Umaid Asif who dropped a sitter but he threw quickly back to the bowler and Mir Hamza was walking. He never completed run and got out
So Peshawar Zalmi won the match by 1 run
Interestingly it was 3rd playoff match between Zalmi and Gladiators & all three matches result in 1 run victory for the team
