A walk along the towpath of the Grand Union Canal, Northampton Arm to where it merges with the River Nene in Northampton. A cold but bright day starting near Northampton Town's football stadium at Sixfields and walking along the canal into Northampton town centre.

Sorry about the poor sound quality, especially from the Nilon Keymission360, it was very windy so I have painstakingly made subtitles for the whole thing!
