Foods That Claim To Be Healthy That Aren't

There are several foods that claim to be healthy, but unfortunately they are laden with sugar. For instance, Vitamin Water and Gatorade can have up to 32 grams of sugar, while Hershey's Cookies 'n' Creme Bar has only 21 grams. Smoothies are also super unhealthy too. According to Business Insider, "Even smoothies you make at home... can creep up when you throw in sweetened nut milk and sweet add-ins like bananas, pineapple, nut butter, and sweetened protein powders, yogurts, and honey."
