license plate thiefs caught on camera in surrey

These 2 girls decided to steal the 2 license plates off the truck across the street. They also decided to steal some tools and other items out of the back of the pick up. The 2 girls were identified and the police were contacted. The girls gave the items back and apologized. No charges were pressed! Only In Surrey, Newton. I guess they didn't realize they were caught on camera lol
