We all have our fears but this past year Selena Gomez has had more than most.



The ‘Wolves’ singer has revealed she was "so scared she might die" when she had her kidney transplant.



The 'Heart Wants What It Wants' hitmaker admitted to her friend Francia Raisa - who gave her kidney to the singer – that she was worried the operation wouldn't go to plan.



Selena also previously admitted she faced a "life-or-death" situation prior to her kidney transplant last year.



She wants to raise awareness about the disease and she herself admits at first that she “wasn’t good at knowing” about her condition.



Thankfully, the chart topper is doing much better now and called Francia’s kidney “the ultimate gift of life.”
