House Democrats are outraged over the decision by their Republican counterparts to end the investigation into Russian meddling in the 2016 election. Republicans announced on Monday evening that they were ending the probe after finding no evidence of Russian collusion. Rep. Adam Schiff of California, the top democrat on the panel, slammed republicans and called it a "tragic milestone for this Congress and represents yet another capitulation to the executive branch.
