A judge has denied a motion to dismiss a drug charge against Rose McGowan.
Instead, Judge Deborah Welsh stated any issues with the charge can be brought up during a court hearing later in the month.
The hearing will be held on March 21st in Leesburg, Virginia.
McGowan's lawyers argued that cocaine found on their client may have been planted by agents hired by disgraced Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein.
