材料(兩人份量) Ingredients (2 people portion):\r
兩件梅頭豬扒 2 pork chop\r
三碗白飯 3 bowls of cooked rice\r
兩個番茄切件 2 sliced tomatoes\r
半個洋蔥切條 1/2 sliced onion\r
適量黃椒,青椒,切粒 some diced yellow and green bell peppers\r
兩隻雞蛋 2 eggs\r
三片菠蘿,切粒 3 slices of pineapple, diced\r
適量車打芝士,切絲 Some shredded cheddar cheese\r
兩個紅蔥頭,切碎 2 finely chopped shallots\r
兩個蒜頭,切碎 2 cloves of finely chopped garlic\r
