Leo stumbles into some weird science when he surprises mad inventor turned mutant fly Baxter Stockman in Baxters Mutation Chamber by Mega Bloks Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles! Baxter is set on making a mutant army and plans to use his big vat of mutagen ooze to do it. But it wont happen on Leos watch! Build the chamber and unleash Leos Turtle Power to toss crates and take out the Foot Soldier guard. Then, take aim at Baxter and send him falling into the vat below! The set even comes with extra parts to turn Baxter back into a human.\r
