tech giant Alphabet/Google is going to roll out self-driving trucks. Uber and Tesla have already announced their autonomous trucks were already on duty. the Waymo semis won’t be electrically powered like the sleek Tesla trucks. They are self-driving like the Uber machines. Waymo says the trucks will still have humans in the driver’s seat. Waymo’s convoy of self-driving semis is set to hit the highway next week.
