Oprah selects Las Vegas author's novel for book club

Author Tayari Jones got a surprise last fall: A call from Oprah Winfrey. Oprah wanted Jones' new novel to be a selection for her book club. "An American Marriage" is about how a wrongful arrest affects a couple's marriage. Oprah Tayari Jones is scheduled to participate in Black Mountain Institute's Believer Festival in Las Vegas.
