And it's not abnormal that you would have people come and go." Cecilia Vega of ABC News was unwilling to accept that response and noted, "It is actually abnormal. No administration in recent history has had this much turnover." She then asked, "If this is not the definition of chaotic, how would you describe what's happening in these recent weeks?" Sanders declined to answer and instead offered a list of the administration's accomplishments as proof that the White House is "a very functioning place of business."
