Frances McDormand won Best Actress on Oscar night for “Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri.” She concluded her powerful speech with saying “I have two words to leave you with tonight, ladies and gentleman: inclusion rider.” Mcdormand explained backstage that she had just recently found out about inclusion riders. Inclusion riders have always been available and they mean you can ask for or demand at least 50 percent diversity in not only the casting but also the crew.
