Shape of Water Wins Big at Oscars
Occasionally a film comes along that the Academy absolutely adores. It seems like Shape of Water is one of those films.
At the 90th Oscar ceremony on Sunday, it had a total of 13 nominations and four wins.
It took home the golden statue for best original score, best production design, best director, and the much coveted, best picture.
Its director, Guillermo del Toro, took to the stage to say how proud he was of the filmmaking community. He also dedicated the best picture award to “every young filmmaker” around the world.
