आज से संसद में बजट सत्र के दूसरे चरण की शुरुआत हुई है। लेकिन इस दौरान राज्यसभा और लोकसभा दोनों ही सदनों में जमकर हंगामा हुआ । सदन की कार्रवाई हंगामे की वजह से आगे नहीं बढ़ सकी । इस दौरान विपक्ष ने मोदी सरकार को पंजाब नेशनल बैंक में हुए घोटाले, नीरव मोदी के विदेश भागने, राफेल डील जैसे मुद्दों पर घेरने की कोशिश की।
