Trinamool Congress MP Derek O'Brien on Sunday stated that Prime Minister Narendra Modi will deliver his last speech as Prime Minister from ramparts of Red Fort on 15 Aug 2018. O'Brien said in 2019, PM will not deliver that speech in Red Fort. “This is our challenge on behalf of TMC and all the opposition parties,” he added. On Saturday, the BJP ended the CPI(M)'s 25-year-long rule in Tripura and registered their first win in the northeastern state by winning 35 seats out of 60, while the left party managed to take only 16.
