Root Smudge Toner- Redken Shades EQ 8N\r
Highlights- Schwarzkopf Blonde Me 7volume, 20volume with Continuum RoMaxx (1/4 to every 1 oz of lightener)\r
Lowlight- Redken Shades EQ 6N\r
Toner- Redken Shades EQ Roots; 8N+9B, Ends; 9N+9G\r
Followed up with Continuum RoZen for 10 minutes\r
●Styled with Moroccan Oil Smoothing Lotion and EVO Helmut Hairspray then curled with a 1 1/4 inch curling iron\r

Balayage is a French word meaning to sweep or to paint. It allows for a sun-kissed natural looking hair colour - similar to what nature gives us as children - with softer, less noticeable regrowth lines.\r
Hair is a gorgeous and exciting process. I am so lucky that I get to do my passion for a living, and its days like these that make me sit back and be proud of the hard work and education that goes into a beautiful outcome. This process for taking Ashley back blonde was a 5 1/2 hour day that after it was all said and done, turned out just like we hoped. Maybe even better! I wanted to share the steps I took in getting her from faded mermaid hair, To the gorgeous color we have pictured at the top! I cant stress it enough to my clients and other hairstylists, that a color correction takes time and patience. I try my hardest to get it right the first time, so when I approach hair it might be different then how others would do it. Thats the great part about being a stylist, we all have our own tricks and I love that I can share the ones Ive learned and the methods I use.\r

1. Wash hair in hot water\r
2. Use a Clarifying Shampoo\r
3. Take a dip in the ocean/pool water\r
4. Make sure to use a good mask to keep your hair healthy while fading it out\r
