It's a rainy last day of February,... the showers will bring some muc h-needed relief to regions in drought and wash away the dust in the air. Rain that started from the south will spread to the rest of the country.

Meanwhile, parts of Gangwon-do and Gyeongsang-do Provinces will see snowfall with a heavy snow advisory issued in mountainous regions in Gangwon-do Province.

Readings will be similar to a tad lower than yesterday but strong winds could make it feel colder... Seoul and Daejeon will make it to 8 degrees Celsius. Rain will pour down in Busan with up to 80 millimeters expected.

Seoul could see a mix of rain and snow tomorrow morning, then expect to have much colder temperatures into Friday morning, but it will feel like late March this weekend.

With that, let's take a look at the international weather for viewers around the world.

While some highly-anticipated rainfall will soak the entire nation, most parts in North Korea will also see rain or snow under cloudy skies.

As for the rest of Asia, Beijing is covered with unhealthy levels of fine dust... and expect to see high levels for a while.

Meanwhile, Wellington will be cloudy for most of the day but the sun will return on Thursday.

Heading to North America, those in Chicago should enjoy somewhat balmy weather on Wednesday, freezing rain and snow on Thursday will bring back the winter chill.

As for South America, Santiago and Buenos Aires will have nothing but sunshine along with warm highs.

Taking you to Europe,.. a blast of Siberian weather dubbed "The Beast from the East" sent temperatures plunging across much of Europe...The most severe cold is forecast to hit Eastern Europe over the next five days.

Lastly to Africa, Addis Ababa will have more unstable weather conditions.
