This Serious Condition In Children Isn't Slowing Down At All

It's official: The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention say American children are getting fatter--fast.
The percentage of U.S. children who are obese rose more than 4%, from 14% percent in 1999 to 18.5% in 2015-16.
The highest increase was among children ages 2 to 5. 14% were classified as obese compared to 9% in 1999.
African-American and Hispanic children had higher rates of obesity compared to white and Asian-American children.
