A "small percentage" of MoviePass subscribers were terminated in the beginning of February. Why?
CEO Mitch Lowe said they'd allegedly violated the company's terms of service.
Lowe said most offenders checked in for a 2D movie, then got a 3D or IMAX ticket. Naughty!
However, he says roughly 10% of the members terminated in early February have been reinstated.
