Teens Are Sexting A new report published in JAMA Pediatrics evaluated 39 studies with a total of about 10,300 young men and women under age 18. According to the report, 15 percent of teens say they send sexts and
27 percent receive them. Further, those stats with the fact that 41 percent of high schoolers report having sex, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
