There’s really no place for overconfidence when it comes to driving in flood conditions. This video by Tabetha Toole, taken amid flooding in Cincinnati on February 25, shows just why.In the video, a driver appears to think his SUV will simply barrel through the floodwater, only for the vehicle to become immobile and dangerously submerged.
