A complaint has been filed against singer and reality TV show judge Papon for kissing a minor girl. He has been charged with inappropriately kissing a minor. The video has gone viral on various social media which shows Papon can be seen applying colour to a contestant's face and planting a kiss on her lips, leaving her stunned. The complaint has been filed with the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights and it states that singer has committed "sexual assault on the minor girl".
