New mom Kylie Jenner is "hands-on" with her newborn, Stormi.
The 20-year-old hired a full-time nurse for the 4-week-old but spends most of her time at home with them.
An insider revealed that Kris Jenner has also been stopping by to lend a helping hand.
The source also said that the baby's father, Travis Scott, has been around most of the time.
