BJP MP and senior party leader Murli Manohar Joshi was caught on video getting angry on officials after he was not provided with scissors for a long time at a ribbon-cutting ceremony. The incident took place during the inauguration of a solar light panel in Kanpur Collectorate. In the video Joshi can be heard saying, “It’s all done now. Is this the way? I’ve done everything here now. You were standing there. You are a shameless person. Is this how things work. I’ve done it now. No scissors required now.”
