New Charges Filed In Manafort-Gates Case

As the Russia investigation continues to come into focus, on Tuesday Special Counsel Robert Mueller filed new charges, in the criminal case against former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort and aide Rick Gates. Although those charges were sealed by the court, the move could point to a superseding indictment, new charges or even new defendants to the the previously filed charges accusing Manafort and Gates. Manafort and Gates have pleaded not guilty.
